rickmg 'Bolter R Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 583 michigan	1939-40 1/2, 3/4 ton front fenders are the same, but they are smaller than the 1939-40 1, 1-1/2 ton which are larger to accommodate the larger rims/tires. So no they won't fit if that dump is the larger truck. The running boards are different also. 1939 Chevrolet Stake Truck
