I have a 70 GMC 3/4 ton and a 72 GMC 1/2 ton that I am hoping to merge into one truck. The 70 is almost rust free and I bought the 72 GMC for other parts.
I know the 72 has front disk brakes and 5 bolt wheels, but what about sheetmetal and trim pieces?
I would like to take the driveline/frame from the 72 and add the cab and front clip from the 70.
I was looking at an online ad and a guy was looking to swap a 70 gmc grill for a 72 gmc grill. What is the difference? | | |
