I'm not sure how relevant this is to the over-all topic, but did you see Nathan Hughes' 1946 Chevy 1/2-ton in the Gallery? When I first saw the picture of the truck for the calendar, I was impressed. As we worked on getting the story for the Gallery (there's more to come yet), I was blown away with Nathan's comment about 2014 technology in the '46. Never thought something like that would be possible.

But he wants a safe and reliable driver for his wife to use every day in her business.

And I know we all have our thoughts about what to do with the truck(s) we get our hands on ... Remember this Commentary? It's been updated twice. Maybe every five years, we should update it again. smile
