Hy Steve_H and guys, the engine rear crossmember design and bellhousing mounts were changed in 1954, I have no idea why the design was changed as the advent of the V8 and the next generation of truck design turned out to be eighteen months away, I just wanted to clarify when the crossmember design changed, hope that helps, now lets get back closer to the original subject of this post.
