You will also want to make sure that the torque converter has a bracket off one of the bellhousing bolts to keep it from coming out of the transmission. A piece of 1/4 flat stock with a 3/8" hole in one end will work to bolt to transmission, then have a slight bend in the strap to push against the converter to hold it in. | | |
