I hit another snag today. I installed the 235 in place of the 216. All was well until I started to put the generator on the 235. That’s when I found that the pulley on the generator is wider than the ones on the harmonic balancer and the water pump so the drive belt wont fit all three. I don’t want to change these as that will introduce more problems. So It would be nice if I could change the pulley size or something on the generator. The mount will have to be changed too I think. I didn't want to convert to 12 volt system but now I may have to. Advice?
