| | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 3,596 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 3,596 | The clips are to keep the vent slits from collapsing if things are jammed against the dash. The small foam pads I believe are anti-squeak in nature.
