| | | | Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 122 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 122 | I am wiring the ignition switch on my '54 chevy pickup and cannot get it right. There are only 3 posts, I get no power with the key all the way to the right and can only start it when the key is in the middle position (accessory). Is it a faulty switch or am I just being stupid? Gary, the switch in my '53 works exactly the same way (to the right=off, straight up=on).
