I have installed one on my 51 Panel truck. I have the original style axle & springs,
but, have upgraded the steering to modern GM power steering with disc brakes.
I use 245x75x16R Michelin LTX truck tires on 8 inch rims…….. BIG!
The steering stabilizer has helped the truck stay on center and "feel" more solid and predictable.
