mostly the same except for different body mounts and the panel frame has extensions on the back of the frame to position the bumper correctly, the rear extensions [riveted on] can be cut off, but you'd need the pickup body mount brackets to add to the panel frame - also the panel has a frame mounted gas tank that might be made to work for a pickup, but would be easily sold
