the assembly manual should be quite clear if you find the proper pages, even calls out nuts and bolts and washers .... section 3 front suspension, section 5 brakes, section 9 steering gear ... take them the manual and point out the sections, if they can't figure it out gather up the pieces and take it elsewhere!
