Is there a PCV valve at the converted/closed road draft tube.
Does the right side of the fitting on the intake manifold go to the vacuum wiper?
The valve is in the grommet in the cut off down tube.
Yes, the tube/hose to the rear of the manifold fitting is for the wipers.
