I've talked to Nick a few times, if I remember correctly, he enlarged the studs to the same as the '03 van that the rotors came off of. He also drilled the rotor so the set screw will hold the rotor in place.
He's actually spent alot of time on the project and laid everything out in a CAD program, including the hub.
