Well it was a little worse then I expected when I cleaned it up I could see a bit of daylight, So I got very brave and cut the small section out of the frame lower flange, I cut a peice to match out of another frame, and beveled the edges at a 45 and mig welded the patch in I have only done the top and will flip chassis over tomorrow to weld bottom. It looks good so far, hell my weld even looks pretty. What do you think, a disaster waiting to happen I hope not.
