Jut did this in our 52 1/2 ton. used the jute with the foil on one side. Cut and fit was a pain. Used a rubber floor anti fatigue mat to cover. The biggest difference? After my bride stuffed a "batting" like used in quilts under the seat. Go figure. She gets the noise down with this stuff. Cheap at the fabric store. Truck is nice, and no drafts, little noise and hey it sounds less busy so it goes faster. I had glued a foam type pad under the seat, Never thought about it again. She stuffs this stuff in and the noise goes way down...I gotta get out of the garage once in a while.
