The 3100 frame is wider than the 3600 Tim. Also being mounted
under the frame would make them even that much more short.
No big deal to make one up. Pickup a length of 3/8" round
stock from any big box or farm store, enough to give you
a 19" length. Heat up the end with a torch, even Mapp gas
will do that, and flatten them out for about an inch. Punch
a hole thru each end, that's it, nothing special.
