Anyway, what color was the 1954 Thriftmaster 235 ci. engine? What color was the 261 workmaster? The truck I have has been in the family since new and I strongly thought that the engine color was black, but most of the threads I've seen say it was light gray. Please set me straight (good luck as wife has been trying to do that for 35 yrs.)
