Bart, the major problem I've found with the Harbor Freight
wheel dollies are the caster swivel part of them. They don't
swivel so they won't caster around. I have to use a 2x4 to
bump them into alignment with each other or in the direction I
want to move the truck. Once all 16 castors are lined up on
mine, I can push my 3604 into the corner with one hand. So
apparently my wheels aren't misshapen, just poorly made
caster pivots.
