Sounds Like a great plan! I haven't used the Fentons, went with a split manifold instead. My mistake was using Flo Pro mufflers (like Flowmasters). They sound good with a V8 but not so much with the straight 6. I used 2 inch exhaust out the back with no crossover.
Are you planning to heat the intake like the original manifold does?
