I got the ones from JC. They don't rattle at all, and they stay put even when I drive the truck without the hood, at any speed.
They only really allow you to have your hood partly open (I use it to support the hinge between the hood side and hood top), but they work great. Being that mine is a GMC and my support rod is bigger I had to drill out the holes larger, but other than that they're worth every penny.
