Melt a wheel weight into a piece of 1/2" stainless steel tubing to make a lead slug, tap it out of the tube with a punch, then center-drill it and slice it off with a hacksaw into whatever thickness washer you need. I could use my lead bullet-casting setup to make some round lead slugs if anyone is interested in acquiring some of these washers.
