Hello All,

I am in need of some help identifying this hole and part after I rebuilt a 55 235.

I took this engine to a machine shop and had it vatted bored, etc. Brought it home and put it together painted it and set it aside to finish the truck it was going in.

I received a call from the machine shop and was given this small part and was told it came out of the block. Can you help me identify where this part goes in the engine?

Also, take a look at the second picture... there is a hole in my block between the fuel pump and breather tube hole... What goes there?
