I have a quart of the gray engine paint. The label says it is PPG ALK-200 paint. I looked it up at the PPG site and don't see anything about it being used as an engine paint. The temperature rating is 200 without additive and 240 with. No additive on JCs website so seems like they don't think it is necessary. Seems sketchy to me. I haven't heard of complaints about it so just wondering whether those of you that have used it can give a thumbs up or down. This is an everyday usage truck so it has to be durable.
