with that much wear on the rod, the crank is probably junk. Get an accurate measurement of all the rod journals with a micrometer and see how much wear and out of round you're dealing with. Then decide whether you need a regrind or a replacement. Yes, there are plenty of undersize Babbit rods- - - -they're on Ebay all the time.
