What make/year/model truck?
Have you gone through the Shop Manual procedure for adjusting the steering box? I put it off for years, but when I finally did the adjustments, the result was remarkably good.
Depending on your skill/tool level, you could rebuild your steering box. Or, you could have it rebuilt (Rockauto.com provides that service for many makes/years/models). From/in the UK ???
