I think my options are limited. I think I need to try and have a machinist reinstall the bracket. I need the part from a cracked block because taking the part from a good block is like heresy. I haven't found it in any catalogs.
Hotrod Jerry, I recall ya mentioned you have access to a flock of 235 ci's, 1958-62. Would you consider sending me that part? Send it to Tucker Auto Parts in Henderson Nevada, I could pick it up there. Its got to be worth at least a case of beer.
