if you can't lap them as suggested, just take it to a shop. Unless you already own the cutters and valve grinding machine,it is much easier that way. Unless of course you plan on doing a lot of this type of work, then just go ahead and invest in the tooling. But if you are just doing one or two, just go to the shop. I don't know the condition of the rest of the head, or the rest of the engine for that matter. That should decide a lot of it for you.
