Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 306 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 306 | i have about a 3 inch gap between the hood and the cowl. the front of the hood aligns to the grill fairly well. the fenders are a bit tight. i read the factory manual adjustment for 54 it's the same as the tech tip. all the sheet metal is the same i took off and the hood used to fit.
it would seem that the hinges are too high but how could they be that far off? the hinges are new but the match the old ones.
any ideas?
