My experience is that they come apart more rapidly than they go back together! :p You're off to a great start.
Yes, there are complete bolt kits (did you crack just a few!). Check any of the major suppliers (e.g. Jim Carter or Chevy Duty via the links page). While you're there you can check out floor pans. Might figure out the drivetrain first to see if you need more tranny clearance.
