You may or may not need an LED flasher if you have regular bulbs in the same circuit. Try it first with your regular flasher, and if it doesn't work then you can get the LED flasher. It's just trial and error as it depends on your specific wiring and bulbs.
My '62 Bel Air has LED taillights but incandescent front lights, and the regular flasher works great.
My '46 has LED front and rear and needs the LED flashers for both signals and 4-ways. | | |
