Brent Coltman Member B Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 10 Minden Ontario	You really should spray your bare metal with an etch primer first that seals the steel from moisture.The etch primer actually etches into the steel.Then you can spray your 2 part primer ontop of that.As for the primer bubbling there must be something on the steel oil,silicone,ect just a thought
