I've been told 39-46 interchange. I have a 39 and a 46. The doors look identical but I'm finding on the 46 that each door needs to be fitted/adjusted to the cab. My novice opinion, at this point, is that 39-46 can be interchanged, however, anticipate having to make minor to major fitting adjustments at the hinge.
