Did my 53 a while back, back section was very easy, front another story. I did not spray the board other than paint the top side to stop warping. Worst part was getting front half to fit into bow, finally just left front half just above the bow, very hard to tell it's not factory. If I do another I'll spring for the pre-formed headliner.
