| | | | Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 52 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 52 | I bought a 1950 Chev 1/2ton. Where I am from, it seems like guys always put these old gems on 1/4ton frames. Would it not be just as easy to find a fullsize Chev shortbox frame which is 117"? I`m a newb at this. Is there just as much fab work either direction a guy goes? Or is the only reason to go 1/4ton is for the availability of these frames kickin around? Thanks,Darcy | | |
