In theory yes. The doors would bolt right in and you would have to use the 1953 strikers that are mounted on the cab.

In my case, and I have heard this from others, the doors I got to do that very thing were 1/4 inch bigger than the opening in the cab. This 1/4" thing isn't universal. Some fit, some don't. So when you purchase the doors, have an agreement with the seller you can return them to try another set, or something. If not, you will be real good at metal fabrication before you know it. Expanding the cab opening is what I ended up doing. LOTS of work.
