| | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 | It's a better choice in that it's a later engine with a little more power and will be easier to obtain parts for through a local supplier, like NAPA. You'll have to drill the front engine plate or transfer the 216 one for the front crossmember and you'll have to use the 216 bellhousing for an easier fit. It's a good swap I think if you want to do it.
