Hey all,
Recently picked up an all original 1952 3100 with the 6 volt electrical still in tact and working great...except for one thing. The headlights only work on low beams. When I hit the dimmer switch, the light comes on the dash indicating that high beams are on but the headlights go dark.

On suggestion from a friend I purchased a new dimmer switch and installed it last night. Still the same thing...low beams work, high beams do not.

Any other suggestions? Not sure if the headlights are original or if that could even be the problem area.
