My jeep suffers from this. The infamous 'jeep lean'. Its spring related.
Get the spring length specs for your truck and take them to a knowledgeable spring shop to get re arched. Springs will lose their arch (settle) and cause lean. Its usually only the fronts that flatten... not sure why.
