55 first series shock problem. I am trying to install my new rear shock. Upon removal of my old one, I broke off the rear shock's lower bolt or stud. I would like to know how to remove the remnants of the broken bolt from the ear of the leaf spring where it is attached. Is it splined and needs to be driven out through the back, or is it swedged and needs a good beating or drilling?
