Relay! That is one of the better ideas! I checked everything top and bottom with me in and out and cannot find a thing. When I stopped the engine after a 5 mile drive I did notice it was still there but stopped a few seconds later. How would I fix the relay if that is the cause?
Karl I did not check the base of the carb though. I rebuilt it 2 springs ago.
