| | | | Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 10 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 10 | I have a 42 chevy pickup Im wanting to convert from the 235 to chevy small block and 350 trans keeping the straight front axle and converting to updated rear axle. Does anyone have any insight or have done this conversion? I found this cross member here http://www.tdperformance.com/Universal-Crossmembers-With-Pads but Im not sure how to figure out what I would need for the trans mounting theres so many choices 3 inch drop no drop etc... http://www.tdperformance.com/Universal-Fit-Transmission-Crossmembers any advise would be greatly appreciated...Thanks
