Yes, do get it appraised. I had one of mine appraised several years ago, for insurance purposes, and was surprised. I can shoot you a PM with the name of the outfit I used, if it will help.
In watching these prices bid and sold for Art Deco trucks for the past 10 or so years, I'd guess yours would be in the $25k range, maybe higher.
