Mike Roach, You Are The Man! I appreciate the offer to help with the chimney. That is mighty kind of you brother. I am not sure it will even happen this weekend as I have a few others things going on that might interfere so you are off the hook.
I spoke to Sweet yesterday and (Mr. Sweet, I hope you don't mind me speaking for you) I believe he now has something that conflicts with Saturday as well. There are some changes in management at the DB too that have made planning the event difficult. If it wasn't already pretty clear that this weekend was in doubt, I am officially cancelling it. As I said before, we can work towards the fall gathering at the Devils Backbone and between now and then, Chris can work on establishing communication with the new manager. Bummer, I was looking forward to a good meal or meals and an ice cold beverage or beverages! and spending time with all ya'll.
