CenCal53, I live in Santa Cruz & recently completed most of the steps you are inquiring about on my 37 after painting. I know the grill & fenders are different but I'm pretty sure the bolts are all the same. I don't remember the exact bolt sizes but can pull some of them off & find out for you. You're welcome to come by & see how mine goes together if it may help. I also some of the old bolts that didn't break during disassembly if you need them so you can get correct size replacements.
