Lesson learned the hard way: Cutting fluid/oil. Helps float the chips out of the way. Chips will stick to a clean sharp saw blade and...then it is not so sharp any more. Cost? Blade, and skilled welder. Or $3.00 for some cutting fluid...Hummm.. what to you guys think? Works on drill press bits as well.
