Thanks. It sounds like the plexiglass route is the best way I'll have to give it a try. SO far this site has been great, I've been looking for a site like this for some time now. I didn't do the work on the chop or xtension but they way it was done was they used 2 cabs. They cut the 5 window cab at about the middle of the door then cut the other cab just behind the door. Welded the two and the door halves together, filled the windows and door handles and voila. When you look from the inside you can still see the other door halves and see where they were welded. I'll have to take some pics and post them.
