I need to change all the fluids on a 69 C60 and wondered what lub should be used in the gearbox. It has a 2 sp rear axle also that I want to make sure and get the correct oil. The diff is a little noisy in low range, I wonder if 85-140w might quiet it down.
Also, I've only used this truck around the farm and have been thinking of getting it out on the road. What is a comfortable top speed for the 366 5sp C60? If I can run 60mph I'll be happy. I need to move it 25 miles down the road and I can only haul 10K on my trailer.
Title says this thing is 11.9Klbs.
Anyone have a set of decent side mirrors for sale that would fit? My mounts have rusted.
