The bushing did the trick.Drill 1/64 under size,the 7/16 dia hole.Than file bushing down using drill to about 0.020 over size press them in.I was at friend, son cycle shop he just put air horn from real train on his 1949 chey 3100.That sure put on smile on a old man face.The wife didn't see fun in it.
