What's the one look like on your suburban, and pictures of the one in question wouldn't hurt either?

They made several styles of brush guards for the small trucks and perhaps one or two for the big trucks.
I have a factory AD 1.5 and 2 ton brush guard made of steel strapping about 1/4" x 1.5" it bolts to the top flange of the bumper, has some braces, and covers everything the hood emblem, headlights, and grill. Reminds me of the style brush guards on the old Military Dodge Power Wagons among others.
