i did send the hb to dales out in salem, or.
i do remember that before i put the sleeve on the crank the hb would go on tight but you could pull oneside then the other and wiggle it off.
when i get off work i'll make the measurements mentioned above.
it appears that my only option at this point is to drill, tap, then bolt the hb on.
thanks everyone i'll get back to you on the hb and crank stuff when i get off hitch
